My name is Warren Mars, I am an Australian muso born and bred, specialising in Australian Country and Folk Music. I love my country and sing in my proper accent. I perform from a large collection of original songs about Australia, either entirely mine or famous songs from other people that I have written new words to in order to properly reflect Australian conditions. I also cover a wide variety of famous Australian songs including: Cunnamulla Fella, Pub With No Beer, Redback On The Toilet Seat, I've Been Everywhere Man, Cootamundra Wattle, True Blue, Where The White Faced Cattle Roam etc. I also take requests and will play the song if I know it.
I play guitar and banjo as well as sing and I don't use a backing track, so you get the traditional country performance the way it used to be: simple and to the point.
