Monday is my favourite day,
My favourite day of the week!
Friday and Saturday suck like dogs,
And Sunday's up the creek!
Yes, Monday is the day I love best:
It means I can get back to work!
To do as I please just gets on my goat,
And leisure time makes me perk.
Tuesday and Wednesday are pretty damn fine,
And Thursday I also commend.
But Friday is the bane of my life,
As it heralds the damn weekend!
